Hi, I ordered medicine from netmeds (Order id: nms[protected]p) (Order date:[protected]. After that i request for cancellation. They accepted and send the confirmation. The confirmation mail i attached the attachment. But still i didn't got any further information about my payment. Please cancel my order and return my payment back. Please do the needful help. Verified Support Jan 31, 2019 Netmeds Customer Care's response Dear Roshlin Abraham, Greetings from Netmeds.com As we see the mentioned order was cancelled and the amount paid ( Rs.976.80 ) has been refunded from our end on the 3rd of December. It takes about 5-7 business days for the money to reflect back in your account. We hope by now you should have received the money back in your account, in case if you haven't yet received the amount.
