[Resolved]  Netmeds — Ahaglow s foaming face wash

I have placed the order on 17th March 2023 and due to product quality issue returned the product. As the product was COD, it was mentioned in their application that they will provide a form to fill bank details and then proceed the refund, it will take 1 week for the refund to reflect in account. The product was delevered on 19th and pickup happend on 20th March. After 2 days the refund was showing on Netmeds wallet . I requested them to transfer it to my bank account. They removed that balance that day from wallet and after getting bank details from me they asked to wait till 1-2 weeks. After 2 weeks I mailed them then they asked me to wait for 2-3 weeks even I called their customer support they said the refund was initiated on 28th March and after 2-3 weeks of that it will reflect. After 28th of April again I called to check they told me that yes the time line is completed and it will reflect soon. I don't know when they will process the refund or is it done or not. These companies should pay penalty for not keeping their words and not fulfilling their promises and harassing customer mentally for a simple refund to process.
