Netmeds — Amount debited from my account to NETMEDS but they are saying they didn't receive the payment

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I'm Sharan and I have paid amount of Rs.415.24 on 12th May 2022 at 11:59 am through net banking . After payment, the order is not showing and when I contacted customer care they are saying they didn't receive the payment and denying to confirm the order.
I am providing with the transaction reference number : [protected]IGANOGONK3 AND Bank payment reference: IGANOGONK3
Please provide me with the resolution.
