On December 12th I made a big mistake by placing an order on netmesapp. Amount is deducted from my Gpay account (transaction ID:[protected] and it is showing status as "purchase confirmed". Attached payment details screen shot. But on app order was not updated. Yesterday I called customer care and raised a complaint with ID [protected] and I was told that amount will be refunded till yesterday end of the day. Yet nothing was processed. Today I also called and I came to know that no one was processing the complaint. Please refund the whole amount ASAP.
