Netmeds — Amount got deducted through UPI but transaction failed on NetMeds

I made a payment of 454.36 on NetMeds app on 5th December through GPay. I am attaching the screenshot for the successful payment. But NetMeds showed the order as declined but the amount was not refunded to my account.
