Netmeds twice cancelled my order without my asking and without informing me. I was trying to chase up an undelivered item - for the second time - and even while their customer service dept are assuring me of delivery, another wing has cancelled the order. They then have the impertinence to say I requested this.
In view of their lack of ability to appropriately deal with this issue I am transferring business to another online pharmacy company. The items they are selling are too crucial to warrant such casual inefficient response. Was this information helpful? |
