I had ordered an ointment on 13th June which obviously I needed as soon as possible. Since it showed delivery date to be 14-15 June I went ahead with ordering.
But today its 19th and I haven't received the product. I have called the customer service multiple times but nothing could be resolved.
Infact, on 18th I asked the executive to cancel the order but even that hasn't been updated on the app and now it shows out for delivery. Now that I have already bought a product I dont want one more. The product is prepaid and I want my money back.
From today morning, I have been calling on the Netmeds helpline number and it simply drops me off the call if I wish to talk to the representatives.
This is extremely unprofessional, has caused mental harassment, delayed the treatment of my wounds.
Atleast arrange for my money back with updated cancelled status on the app.
