[Resolved] Netmeds — delay in return order pick up and rude customer service executives | |||
Customer service of netmeds.com is worst. I've placed a return request of a medicine on 27th january and no one is here to pick up the return order till today i. E. 1st february. You need 5 days and more to pick up the wrong medicine then when will i receive the correct reshipment? Over and about, your executives nisha and shakti are very rude and mannerless. Nisha has lied by saying that return order needs 5-7 days as per company policy to pick up, whereas company policy mentions it to be 48 hours. When confronted with this, she disconnects the call. I've never seen such unprofessional behavior from customer service executives of any company. Your senior executive named bishesh have calls me and apologies me about above event. He said that complaint has been raised against above two mannerless executives (Complaint no - [protected]). Also he said that tomorrow is holiday so pick up might not happen tomorrow being sunday. So now 7 days delay for return order pick up. And then you will initiate correct reshipment process. Was this information helpful? | |||
