I have order few medicines on July 11.
Order ID[protected]A with an estimated delivery July 11-July 13.
Today while typing this complaint it is 15th July and still the order is in processing. There is no call or notification from netmeds with any update on why the order is delayed and by when it will be delivered. Being a netmeds first member I was expecting the delivery to be superfast as it says in benefits(for members). This totally unacceptable as the patient needs to take medicine everyday for a heart related problem. Playing with the life of person is not acceptable.
I want the medicines to be delivered ASAP with an apology note for late delivery and also a compensation in return for not delivering on time
