[Resolved]  Netmeds — delivery delay is usual

I am regular buyer from netmeds but their routine habit is to delay deliveries. App shows aggressive delivery dates but practically rarely fulfilled.
4-5 days for delivery to a city like bangalore, wheteas commitment is 24-48hrs..

Cust care says they will do everything but results are zero.
Despite regular follow-up woth customer service, emails they do nothing which gives positive result.

Buy only if you have luxury of time.
