I have ordered medicine online from Netmeds on 12.01.22 and order ID is[protected]ASO1. Online tracking status was updated on 14th as delivered, immediately I start approaching customer care and on a daily basis their representatives assuredly me that they are investigating and my medicine shall be delivered soon. This is not a comfort product for that customer can manage a delay. This order carrying a medicine for diabetes and fir lack of service I am unable to take medicine since yesterday and not taking regular medicine may resulted to a life risk. Unfortunately I am not finding the medicine nearby and my sugar level is increased. This is really a unacceptable incident and Netmeds should be penalised for the same. I am now very upset with the behaviour of this online medicine site. Kamal Jit([protected]).
