[Resolved]  Netmeds — Fraud with Gift card amount and consider as a voucher coupon

Dear Sir,

I purchased a 1000 rs gift card through Paytm to purchase item from Netmeds but when i am going to pay payment through giftcard it remove my applied discount coupon however if i pay same cart item through credit card then applied coupon is eligible.
This gift card also i am not able to apply on other pharma item. Gift card purchase means i can purchase any item from website, only payment mode will be gift card instead credit card.
Also they have given paytm link to payment also which is not working thats mean user need to pay paytm through credit cards which is also wrong.

Company is doing illegal activity where they are making customer fool and taking their money through gift card and forcing them to purchase only selected item through gift card.

Please investigate my case and help me to return back money.
