But now I am informed by sms the medicines could not be delivered because your courier boy could not get me on the telephone, while as a matter of fact he never called me .

I am Sekhar Roy from Faridabad, Haryana and have already paid for all the medicines in advance

Request you to look into the matter immediately and arrange foor the delivery at the earliest
