[Resolved]  Netmeds — I am complaining about the refund o[censored]ndelivered orders

I ordered tablets for my mother on Jun 18 After nearly. 1 month the company couldn't deliver me so i asked for refund but after several follow ups thr money is not refunded to me. also i ordered 2 tablets on 14 july and they failed to deliver that too on time. They said about the mistake of Delivery company so i asked to change it for me which they agreed on. So after again several follow ups i called again the customer care and they said they are refunding the money for order on 14 July too without my concern. Now when i try to talk the call hangs up as if the number they fo fraud with goes to hang up.Please look into this . Its been over 50 days now i haven't received my refund still now ..Please do help
