[Resolved]  Netmeds — I'm complaining about company's refund policy

I ordered medications from netmeds app and during order i did payment through UPI method, from which payment was deducted but order not placed. So i called customer care and they confirmed that order is not placed and they will initiate refund soon! But it's been over a week and I called many times to customer care but everytime they give same answer that they will initiate refund but in reality I haven't received any of my refund and when i asked about my complaint registration confirmation they told sms or email will be done by company but i didn't receive any of that. All fake commitments.
