[Resolved]  Netmeds — I'm complaining about that my payment is done but not showing in the app

Hello, my Name is Arjun Agrawal, i placed a order on netmeds on 8 August 2022 using fampay, the money was deducted but the order is not showing, i think it's not placed, pls help .. thank you
