Since a month i am sending my grievances for my order no.[protected]w placed on 9th may. Out of six medicines ordered, they delivered 4 medicines and for remaining two medicines they created a sub order[protected]w02. Till 16th may i waited for the medicines at noida but could not be delivered. While leaving noida i doped a mail to deliver my remaining medicines at jhansi address which was updated same day on their website. Now i have sent several mails but in answer they are sending irrelevant mails and no customer executive is talking to me for which i have requested several times.
I request to your good self to take a hard step so any other patient like me does not suffer in future.
