[Resolved] Netmeds — irresponsible process | |||
Booked blood test via netmeds. Sample was collected on saturday morning and no updates in app until next afternoon (Even after multiple follow ups). Finally response was report will be generated next day evening. I am very much worried about validity of report as it won't be accurate after certain time if not preserved properly. Netmeds is most irresponsible in this aspect. One test was missed as well, it got added after multiple follow-ups with customer care Was this information helpful? | |||
