I have placed order on Netmeds of rs 3909.67 on 8 may 2022.
Due to technical issues from their side my account debited but app doesn’t show status of order placed so they cancelled my order but not giving my refund its been now more than a week they haven’t initiated my refund.
I have provided them all necessary details but they are not doing anything
