Netmeds — It's 45 days still I haven't got my refund

I ordered ecosprin Gold forte 20 mg capsule but they cancel my order and[protected] and promise to refund but I haven't got my refund yet.They cancel my product saying that product got out of stock.But it was available in the site.I wanted my money back as soon as possible or I have to take legal action against the company
