I had placed an order on 5th may with delivery date to be between 8 - 11may. On 8th i get a surprise that my order is cancelled and now the company has placed a new order on my behalf with no timeline on delivery dates.
Since then i have been trying to reach them through mails or call center and no one is replying. Please understand this is a medicine and not and item to be consumed as an when u get it n feel like.
Online tracking updates are also redundant and gives no clarity.
Moreover the amount has been charged from me and now they say that the ordercannotbe cancelled
