I had ordered 3 strips of Ten CGM 100 mg on 06.05.2023. while booking order the delivery shown was 07.05.2023. I waited for 7th and 8th and today is 9th and still no idea when will the medicine be delivered. Tracking is showing still in transit for the last 3 days I am a senior citizen and thought that I will save walking to a chemist nearby by ordering online. But it was a disappointment. Also this is second time. Last time when it was unduly delayed, I had to cancel the order. Now again the same thing is happening. If Medicine is not delivered in a day then your online portal is of no use. I request you to redress my grievance. I will wait for today for the speedy redressal. If not, I will be constrained to go to Consumer Forum.
