Netmeds — Medicines not delivered even after 5 days of delivery date and no support from customer care

I had ordered medicines from Netmeds for which delivery date was 18th August. It is almost end of 23rd August 2025 and yet I haven't received my order. I connected with the customer service team at Netmeds through email, but they are not helping and would just say that we are checking. The medicines I needed urgently for my parents. Now my parents went to another city and yet I have not got my order. I want immediate delivery of medicines or want my money back with compensation.
