[Resolved]  Netmeds — Medicines not delivered, no information about delivery

Order placed on 10 January. Estimated date was 13 or 14 January.
Order received in destination city on 13 January, but till today 19 January evening, my medicines are not delivered.
I contacted netmeds several times, but netmeds have no reply.
I havent received any email from netmeds.

Now its too late, as i need medicines, so i bought from medical store, so i cancelled the order, reason delay in delivery.
Now i have not received the refund amount.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND.

Cancel request placed on 20 January, till now its not accepted, today 22 January i again called netmeds for refund
