[Resolved]  Netmeds — Medicines not yet delivered to my place

I ordered few medicines for my mother for Osteoporosis on 30 May 2023. But we havent received the order as of 4 June 2023. When i check the status, it says as "In Transit" but the remarks column shows as "Un Delivered". Also the contact numbers of the Delivery person sent in the message is either "Not Reachable" or "Switched off". I followed up with NetMeds support team for back to back 2 days and all they keep saying is, they will process the order again. But i havent received my order. Its very disappointed to see the service provided by NetMeds. As they are not taking responsibility by talking to the Courier company.

I am really disappointed with the way Netmeds is handling such orders. You are not understanding the seriousness of the delays which is happening. Remember someone might have ordered a life-saving medicine and imagine the condition of the patient if you create such delays.
