The Return Pick was Done on 2nd may Already and Now Surprised with your Email.
The Delivery Agent Comes with The List and Picked Up, Normally he does not give any Receipt and Informs that SMS will be Received. In the Past also we have done the Same. When he comes with the List we are confident that he is the pick up partner of Netmeds and cannot expect so much confusion.
The Snapshot of the SMS Received has been attached form Delhivery.
The Delivery Agent came with the List of medicines for Pick Up and we had Handed over to the person Delhivery vide Air Way Bill Number " AWB[protected]"
Please check with with your Delivery Agent and Try to en quire and sort out the issue.
With This all emails it looks Like The Delivery Agent has done some Wrong and is delaying the Process Please Check.
We had already Returned the following medicines on 2nd may 2022.
1) Paxidep CR 12.5 mg Qty 1 Sheet
2) Roseday F 5mg Qty 2 Sheets
Please arrange for Refund to the Original Mode of payment made.
