I had ordered 03 items of medicines vide the order no.[protected]A dt. 06/07/2022. Regret to inform you that out of 03 items 02 items had been delivered on 08/07/2022 and 01 item is still pending inspite of several mail correspondence as well as talking with your customer care executive. First they said they will talk to the shipper and get it delivered with priority and than the other executive said that they will cancel the order at their end and reorder the same by yesterday itself. But till date I am suffering by not taking the medicine for last 15 days, who will be the responsible for that?
