[Resolved] Netmeds — Money debited but order failed

I have purchased some medicine from Netmeds at 2:34 PM on 23/03/2022. The cost is ₹221.97
The amount is debited from my Amazon Pay Wallet but Netmeds app shows that the payment is failed. I have not got any refund till now.
Mobile number registered in Netmeds is [protected].
