[Resolved] Netmeds — money extra charged by delivery boy

This is my order id : [protected]A from netmeds . com, the order i received from the delivery boy charged me extra 70 rupees! I asked him that I want to pay via g pay or online payment still he denied and told me that he wants cash only . i did not had change and he charged extra telling me he will return me the extra amount, it has been 3 months i haven't received my money, everyday i call him he says he is going to refund me . I want my money refund ASAP. Take necessary actions against this and issue me my money . and do instruct your delivery agents to not to force us to pay via cash. This is our right to pay as we want.
