I ordered medicines from the Netmeds app on 8th June 2022 and on 10 the june, for which the payment was made using upi through Gpay. The transaction was successful and the amount was debited from my account. But there was no confirmation of order placed from the Netmeds. In the Netmeds app there is a section of MY ORDERS, even there my order was not mentioned. I have attached thescreenshot from the gpay app which states the Transaction number.
I tried to get in touch with the customer support team of Netmeds through Email, call and chat but the complaint left unattended. They didn't took any steps to resolve the complaints.
Kindly take the appropriate action to refund the money.
