I have ordered thru netmeds on 22 march 2022. even after so many calls and messages to customer care number i have not received my refund for incomplete order. customer care executive are making false commitments for refund. i am not getting any kind of solution even after 1.5 months. i believe this platform is purposely made for justice to customer. please help.
