[Resolved] Netmeds — non delivery of medicine (partially delivery) | |||
We had placed the order[protected]a) on 8-feb-2020 and i have received the consignment on 13-feb-2020 but post opened the packet found missing one medicine (Apigate 2.5) wroth of rs 720. I had call the customer care and complaint for the same, where the customer care told they should have required 24 to 48 hours for investigation and given the complain no [protected]. Post 24 hours when i called him, they said packaging dept. Not responded till the time and given the satisfactory answer. Pls help to resolve the same asap Was this information helpful? | |||
