Netmeds — not received refund or medicines even after 20 days

I received only 1 parcel out of 2 for my netmeds order[protected]a.

I still have not received following medicines:
- pioplus
- medrol
- becosules
- saaz

And the app shows all medicines delivered. I have been following up since last 7 days. Still there is no positive response. This is very frustrating. Please give me refund of remaining amount.

Please check your records once again. I have not confirmed any thing about second order. Check records properly or shall I assume that you don't intend to deliver my order.

Or if it is really so, give me the number and date on which I have confirmed about second order.
