Not refund total prepaid amount of Order ID #[protected]W
Issue with Netmeds:
1. Netmeds change the my order without any intimate.
2. If I booked order the medicine for 30 days with a legal prescription then netmeds provide the 6 days medicine.
3. When online check the order then call to customer care and cancel the order then does not refund the total money in the last 9 days.
However I have already requested to customer care for cancel the medicine and did not deliver the medicine. But online showing delivered status.
Why online showing delivered status. I an send email regular to [protected]@netmeds.com..But customer care is not taking action.. Was this information helpful? |
