[Resolved]  Netmeds — Not serviced prepaid order

Dear Sir,
I have place an prepaid order on 4th Aug.'2020, but the same was not delivered up to 12 th Aug. On make numbers of efforts part delivery was one on 18th Aug and refund was bade for balance order on 20th.
Sorry to say prepaid order was done due to urgent need of medicine and i have got money back, where as we need medicine not money.
I am associated with netmades since last 5 years and sorry to notice such irresponsible service.
Please let me know for further orders service should i order or not.
