Netmeds — Oder not visible

I ordered two times and both times money deducted but no order is showing in order section. Is this a glitch or what. First time i didt notice the order id so i ordered second time with same medicine. Then msg came order is successful and order id is[protected]A. Pls let me know where is my both order
