Netmeds — Order declined automatically after payment and no refund initiated

I placed an order. And paid the amount online via UPI when payment get successful I got a message for confirmation of order after that when I open order section I found message that Your order has been declined. And I don't receive any refund. Please send me refund or deliver this order as soon as possible.
