I have ordered medicines on 20th may 2020 and paid online. Still they have not delivered my order completely. They are providing medicines from tamilnadu which is far from my area. I am living in navi mumbai, if their service location is far from my area why did they accept my order? It is not any electronic product, it is medicine prescribed by doctor. It might affect patient health and its treatment. And we cant directly contact to them only email or chat is available. At least they should accept of delay and cancel the order but that kind of response was not given till date.
