Order place on 2nd Aug.
Was to be delivered on 4th Aug.
But till date I have not received the medicine.
Spoke to various call center representative and each time the complaint ticket was raised to set a priority delivery in 24 hrs.
Today almost 8 days have passed but still I have not received the medicine.
This is really an epic example of careless n pathetic service provided by Netmeds.
Nobody is taking any responsibility to deliver the product to the costumer as committed.
Each time I get the commitment of 24hrs delivery, but nothing happens.
Can anybody in the company will let me know when exactly I will get my medicine.
Matter has already been escalated to Netmeds call center team several times.
If you track the Courier Package in Netmeds system its location appears BOM-Bhiwandi from the date I have ordered, that mean it never reached the Local distribution Hub near me where I stay, courier company has given fake response of failed delivery/undelivered without attempting the Delivery.
I request a Strick action against this courier company for giving such fake report.
Also i want the delivery of my ordered medicine on priority.
