Till date despite of several follow-up with Netmed Call center & the Courier Partner (Qwik services) the Medicine courier has not been delivered nor they have cancelled the order. its just the new delivery date commitment every day.
I had a word with Courier representative Mr. Pritam Sapat - Mob No. [protected]. as well netmeds call center representative Miss. Shivan Thakur (Employee Code 4798). Still no resolution.
Every day i get commitment of delivery in next 24 hrs or refund in next 48 hrs but non of the above happens.
That's really pathetic the way the operate the services & there call center. Was this information helpful? |
