Netmeds — Order not confirmed but amount deducted

Hi Team,
I just now tried to place and order. Amount of Rs.4659.01 is deducted from my account but order is not placed
Order id is ‘[protected]W'
While placing order I received below ERROR

A Database Error Occurred
Error Number: 1205
Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction
DELETE FROM `nms_payment_txn_tmp` WHERE `order_id` = '[protected]W' AND `payment_method` = 'JUSPAY'
