I have had the worst experiences this time and now. Your app is the worst. No updates as to what’s going on. Today almost 5 days no medicines. The customer support giving vague reasons for not dispatching the order. Your team is useless. I require medicine for My MOM. Now I want to cancel my order cancellation request no. [protected] due to delay delivery, I require this medicine on urgent basis so that order from other good site & but Still time order on your app not cancelled from your end & also said that refund will be initiate in 48 hours . netmeds already used our money from last 5 days & need 2 more day for refund
