Netmeds — Order not delivered it's been 3 days status is showing in transit | |
Hi, I have placed an order with netmeds on 27th sep and at the time I was placing the order, delivery date was showing 28sep and after I placed order then delivery date changed to 28-30sep which is very bad. First they are taking orders showing next day delivery date and after I place order then delivery date increased to 3 days and it's been 3 days already and status is showing in transit and courier partner is qwik which is impossible to find. Now showing on internet anywhere. I called customer care 3 times, daily I call them and they said, we have set a priority and it will deliver please wait. It's been 3 days I'm waiting and still status is showing in transit. Why are they looting people's money and trust. Such a big name but services are worst.

This is regarding my order which I placed on netmeds on 17th March and as per the delivery date I was supposed to get my order by 21st March . But from last 4 days my order is in transit phase . I called to the customer service and they are only saying they have set it on priority and I will receive it within 24hrs which didn't happened .
This was my first time when I was placing order on netmeds but because of this issue Im really disappointed with their service and now I'm going to cancel my order and never ever I will use this netmeds app and won't recommend this site to anyone .
