I ordered few medicines for myself and my mother in law for Diabetes and BP a week back on 16 Nov 2022. But we havent received the order as of 23rd nov. When i check the status, it says as "In Transit" but the remarks column shows as "Un Delivered". Also the contact numbers of the Delivery person sent in the message is either "Not Reachable" or "Switched off". I followed up with NetMeds support team for back to back 3 days and all they keep saying is, they will process the order again. But i havent received my order. Its very disappointed to see the service provided by NetMeds. As they are not taking responsibility by talking to the Courier company. When i track the status using the tracking link sent to my message, it says "My Order is closed".
I am really disappointed with the way Netmeds is handling such orders. You are not understanding the seriousness of the delays which is happening. Remember someone might have ordered a life-saving medicine and imagine the condition of the patient if you create such delays.
