Netmeds — Order not getting delivered

I ordered few medicines for myself and my mother in law for Diabetes and BP a week back on 16 Nov 2022. But we havent received the order as of 23rd nov. When i check the status, it says as "In Transit" but the remarks column shows as "Un Delivered". Also the contact numbers of the Delivery person sent in the message is either "Not Reachable" or "Switched off". I followed up with NetMeds support team for back to back 3 days and all they keep saying is, they will process the order again. But i havent received my order. Its very disappointed to see the service provided by NetMeds. As they are not taking responsibility by talking to the Courier company. When i track the status using the tracking link sent to my message, it says "My Order is closed".

I am really disappointed with the way Netmeds is handling such orders. You are not understanding the seriousness of the delays which is happening. Remember someone might have ordered a life-saving medicine and imagine the condition of the patient if you create such delays.

They are saying they are taking necessary steps. but they didnt do anything and this time also, my order is not delivered for more than 6 days. It is my mistake to believe NetMeds. My only request to you guys is not to play around with people's lifes. If you are not able to process and deliver the order, then why the hell are you accepting the orders.

Recruiting cheap guys for medicine delivery will result in such patethic situations. Time to wake up guys.

See the attached photos of todays order, it is the same case with these guys. Learnt a good lesson now. I will never ever order in NetMeds again. It has to come from location called Bommasandra which is just 20 kms from my place. It is taking 6 days for these guys to come 20kms. I dont know if they are crawling.
Refer to the last image. It is showing the location as Bomasandra and the date and time as 21st Feb night 10:17 PM and the status is showing as Undelivered.

My address is in hosur. And how can they say it as undelivered when they are in Bomansandra. And today moring on 22nd Feb when i contact the delivery guys they are saying they will deliver soon. What nonsense is this.
