On 17th Nov, 2022, I had tried to place an order via Netmeds app and made payment through Phonepay app.But the order was not placed and money also got deducted from my account.I am checking with the Netmeds support team since past 15 days but they are unable to do anything.
I would request to initiate money refund back to my account as soon as possible.
