Netmeds — order not placed but money got deducted

I had placed the order and paid amount also. Now in app there's no order for me and money also got deducted. I have sent mail to netmeds to which I haven't got any reply or call yet. Poor service. Never should have placed order with netmeds.

Updated by Nivedita Chaudhari And now as order got confirmed, one product of my order got cancelled by netmeds and I don't even have got refund yet and neither that product seems be getting delivered.

They don't have proper communication also. No replies for mails, customer care call services are of no use at all.
