I had placed order using Netmeds app on 26th July, 2022. This was reorder and the prescription was the one approved by Netmeds in the previous order. In addition, I had ordered 4 medicines and one of the medicine is missing. I had been following up with them via emails and chats but i am only getting assurance that we will process is soon. Order has been stuck at consultation stage is not moving. Medicines are consumed on daily basis and such a slow speed is of no use. I am tired of following up with them and expect them to resolve soon. Just for extra discount its not worth and service is very poor

We see that the order has been modified as per the online prescription. We have removed the medicine Gabapin NT 100mg and initiated a refund for the same. We will surely take the necessary steps for the betterment of our services.
