I have placed an order on netmeds on 15th NOV costing around 2454 which needs to be delivered by 19th November. Today it is 21st Nov still i didn't receive my medicine and calling to customer care also no use. The status always is in transit which is not acceptable. The location which the order is in Machilipatnam and from there my address location is 1hour travel. For that also it took 3 days for them and still it is not delivered.
