Netmeds — Ordered medicines not received yet

I have purchased medicines from you on 22nd instant and I have not received yet. The status shows that it is with the courier service.8 days have passed and is it the way to handle essentials like medicines. This being the situation in my first experience with you do expect me to continue with my monthly purchase with you which amounts to Rs.6000/-I am severe diabetic patient and I require medicines immediately.Please do the needful
