Netmeds are dangerous and fraud company for medicine delivery.
Everytime they delay in medicine delivery which affects the patients.
The executives keep on getting wrong commitments and also do not have mechanism to transfer call to supervisor.
Even if tou get a chance to talk to any supervisor, you would get another bunch of wrong commitments.
They even disconnect customer calls without giving proper update and are only script driven.
